This unique hotel had a central setting in the student area. Our breakfast was savoury and tasty. Everything was great, though a few employees were quirky. We had a really amazing stay, enjoyed its location and would stay here again.

Everything there were nice, including brilliant facilities. Freshly prepared breakfast, the food was fab. Its location in Brighton was excellent, near to Brighton's sights such as the pier and pavilion, Very close to the seafront and the beach and walking distance to the other side by the pier and the lanes. Besides, the hotel was 1 km away from Sea Life Brighton Aquarium.

Thank you for a very nice stay for the weekend. Marvellous and fab location, it's set not far from the pier or restaurants, town centre and unique shops. They serve great food, have lots of options to choose from.

Absolutely perfect and lovely spot adjacent to Kemptown, particularly the Black Dove. Nicely decorated double room, comfortable beds.

The position of the hotel was great, very close to a Flea Market. Also, it was not very far from an exotic palace.

I spend 2 nights in Brighton lovely. There was super friendly and really accommodating staff and the service was friendly. Got large queen room exactly as in pictures when arrived, loved that. The hotel's location was stunning, near to outskirts of centre of Brighton, many of Brighton's sights such as the pier and the flea Market. Furthermore, it was relatively near North Laine. That was what I call excellent home base for celebrating birthday.

Very early check-in, absolutely perfect and lovely location really close to shops at the center of town and central Brighton. Especially helpful and very amiable staff, wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Freshly cooked and savoury breakfast served with fabulous food.

There were an iron, coffee and tea making facilities, and television in the room, enjoyed that. The location was magnificent, near the centre.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, coffee and tea making equipment, multi-channel TV, and ironing facilities. The food was fantastic and there were a good choice of dishes in the menu.

Everything was great from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and well-designed room. Its brilliant, central location was a plus. Restaurants and pubs were also walk from the hotel. Appreciated very early check-in and late check-out.

Incredible and lovely location, around 10-15 minutes walk from The Lanes. The rooms with a big double bed, an unexpected view, as for instance.

Spotlessly clean place, vintage rooms, exceptionally nice and outstandingly accommodating staff. The rooms right on top of shower. Their service was excellent. Easy parking off site.

Really enjoyed our room that was warm so kept the window open and available with powerful shower, the gorgeous ambience, as example. The breakfast was savoury and tasty with an excellent vegetarian options.

It is reasonably large for a larger bed, good enough for celebrating birthday. Offers excellent service and fantastic food.
